Asus A8AE-LE Amberine-M help

I updated my bios on HP site, but it actually went backwards to v3.13?!
Can anybody point me in the direction of version 3.14 or above please?
Also, the update I used ran within Windows. I dont know how to update the bios otherwise so instructions would be much appreciated.
