Need BIOS for Soltek SL865 PRO2 - FGR Motherboard

It seems the soltek website is dead. I need an urgent upgrade for a Soltek SL865 PRO2 - FGR motherboard BIOS to solve the Win XP SP2 issue. Can anybody help please ? Would need the Flash Utility too.
