blackscreen And computer wont boot up

Ok so here my problem i was messing around with my bios and change my ram from 2.5 to 3.0 now my screen went black and i can boot the computer is there a way to correct this as i dont really want to have to take it in to shop to get it fixed.
my motherboard is an elitegroup p4m800-m
if you need any other info just ask
oh the ram i have in there is 2.5 but stupidly didnt check that before i change it
