K8NE DeLuxe losing settings

Hi guys,
My K8NE DeLuxe mobo is constantly losing its settings following a cold boot (when plugging off the cable form current).
I changed the battery twice (bought a set of 2 brand new batteries). I updated the BIOS to the latest available version
(K8N-E Deluxe Beta BIOS 1012.007) from the Asustek web site. BIOS was updated successfully.
But I've got the same problem.
Do you think my mobo is dead? Do you have any clue to get this fixed?
