I can't find the file to flash my BIOS

Hi, my BIOS got corrupted, and the checksum is failing, and because of this it is entering the boot block. I already tried to clean the CMOS memory multiple times, but it doesn't work. I even had disassembled my whole motherboard, everything, i cleaned everything, and let it 8 hours disassembled (with the CMOS jump set to clear), but when i assembled it back, it still was entering the boot block. Because of it it's impossible to enter bios setup to check the bios string or further information.
I already know how to flash it, and i already have the floppy with the flasher ready for it, but already make 7 days that i'm making searches in google and i can't find the .bin file to flash the bios. The closest thing i found was the bios for foxconn S661 series (12/15/2003-SiS-661-6A7I4FK9C-00 ) here in the wimbios's bios updates download page, but there's no link to download it.
My hardware:
dg661-fx 2.0 motherboard (foxconn n15235)
intel pentium 4 EM64T, 3.00 Ghz with hyper-threading
Sis 661fx north bridge chipset
Sis 964 south bridge chipset
1280Mb RAM memory

Could any of you help me finding the .bin file to flash it? all i can find are bios driver updates for windows, i can't find any of those .bin files anywhere.
Thanks. :)

Right, this sounds like an OEM machine (such as HP/Compaq/eMachines/Gateway). Please tell us what brand/series/model you have, where to find the windows bios installer/drivers download page and we'll try and extract the .bin file for you. Without an exact match, flashing the wrong bios might kill off your board completely, now you still have a functioning bootblock that _may_ be recoverable...

Ok, it is a relabeled foxconn board then:

What is your **/**/****-SiS-661**-6A7**FK*C-00 string (that is shown at startup)?

ok, I checked the bios string for the 661FX series of motherboards and I am NOT happy. Foxconn is using the same ID string for 3 different models. We will have to try and do a visual comparison of your board with their models. For that, I need a high-resolution picture of your board so I can compare position of the chips and any marking that might indicate a Foxconn part number. You can send that to elhvb@hotmail.com if my email button isn't working in here.

And now? What do i do to download that bios file? The only thing i found using this was sites about drivers... i need the file to flash it.

I have already started a topic here about this, but the problem hasn't been solved yet, and make a week no one answer the last question, and i need the answer to be able to use my computer again.

everything i need is to find the file of that bios:
04/14/2006-SiS-661-6A7I4FK9C-00
To flash mine, which is corrupted. I'm sure that the only way to solve is flashing it, and i'm sure about the string, i just need some help to find the file, cause i already made hundreds of searches and i couldn't find it.

Thanks.

The string is used for more than one DIFFERENT model by Foxconn but if you are sure your Digitron DG-661FX 2.0 board is in fact the 661FX7MJ-RS you can use this file at your own risk:
http://www.foxconnsupport.com/download. ... rds=&sort=

The only picture I can find of the DG-661FX 2.0 looks like the 661FX7MJ-RS, that's why I suggest you use this file. Please check and verify your board actually looks identical (components on the same place, same board color, possibly even a 661FX7MJ-RS marking under the DG-661FX 2.0 sticker).

I know this because of the image, and because of the release date.
I'm gonna try that now.

Hm... The flashing program is saying me that the ROM BIOS is write-protected, but i checked a thousand times, and there absolutely no ROM locking jumper or anything similar on this motherboard. I've already tried cleaning CMOS memory before flashing, and i tried changing the TBL enable jumper position (disabled/enabled), but nothing seems to work. What do i do?

well, i'm using the awdflash.exe, that came on the zip file on the foxconn download site, with the binary file. I can't acess my motherboard now, because the place where i let it has been locked, and i'll have to wait for more 3 weeks until they open this place again, and i need a computer to a event that will happen in a month, so i'm running out of time...
... [ edited ], i'll buy a new motherboard and a new processor.

Anyway, i would like to fix it even after buying a new one.
