Shuttle Ak12 v 3.0 problem

After flash on tho mobo and restar system my speaker only beeps (1 tone i 1 second for a long time).
What the hell is this?
Please help !!!!!

Are you sure you used the right BIOS to flash the board ?
Did you clear the CMOS afterwards ?

No It does not read from floppy...
I don't know why?
When i plugged bios from otgher mobo that works fine it still beeps.
On my friend mobo helped taking off the battery for 24 hours.
On my mobo it doesn't help....
Any sugesstions?
