GA-Z97X-UD5H - Lost Both BIOSs - NO BIOS Function and NO BIOS Access

I inadvertently pressed the CMOS Clr Button, with Power On & wiped out BIOS #1 - I switched to Backup BIOS #2 & continued to work for the afternoon - all good and shut down normally.
Next morning, I booted up and had Nothing - NO BIOS #1 or #2 - No Display - No Boot - did hear CD/DVD Drive being checked. I do not have a Speaker to hear Beeps.
I had expected BIOS #2 to automatically Copy to BIOS #1 to Restore it - This has NOT happened - Now BOTH BIOS #1 & #2 are NOT accessible & NOT working.
WHAT can I do now ???
Is there any known way to Revive my BIOS ???
I do NOT have a Floppy Drive, to attempt a Re-Flash of the BIOS with F8 File, to Restore the BIOS.
HELP !!!!!!.
I am an 88 year old Service Pensioner and do NOT have Cash to Splash.
This MB is no longer available for Purchase.
