I'm afraid what is written on the chip doesn't help us very much. You need to look for something printed on the board, e.g "MS-6147", "A7V133" or similar. Other things which may help:
- can you take a picture of it ?
- how many of each type of slot ?
- what types of chips are on the motherboard ? VT82C693A is VIA Apollo Pro chipset - any other chips you can identify ?
