CT 5RSA2 half recovered or not

my problem:
I try to updete bios and my mb died...I did hot flash using uniflesh and bios update from chaintech site 5rsa2805.bin and this is what is happening with mb:
mb is powered, the cpu cooler is working, hdd is working, floppy is not working, pci or agp graphic card is not working
any suggestion would be helpfull
