how to repair a bios???

I flash my bios by error with an incorrect file and my motherboard dead. Previously i keep the bios original in a file and now I want to return to put it in. can somebody say what hardware programer can i use and what porgram is necessary to program the original bios? can i use original bios file or is necesary another file of bios? thanks
