Preparing a Disk to restore incorrect BIOS

I have acquired a GA-6VTXE Motherboard where the BIOS has been Flashed incorrectly to version F8. I have downloaded the correct version F7.
When booting up, you are instructed to press F1 to continue, there is a warning message about ECP and you are asked to press any key to continue.
The board then looks to boot from the Floppy Disk. I have read another message about copying and renaming files on a floppy to do this.
Can someone give me detailed instructions on how to prepare this disk, I am a complete novice at dealing with BIOS problems
