access boot-block on P4B266-LM

Hi
I have a big Problem!
Got
Vaio Desktop (Sony)
1,8 Ghz
80 gig
ASUS P4B266-LM (Motherboard)
Pentium 4
256 DDR
GeForce2 Ti
Unfortunately I tried to update it with a ROM for P4B266 (without -LM). Now I only see a black screen after starting and the Floppy Disk seems not to be accessed anymore. How can I access the boot-block feature. I don't want to soldere the flash device...
