changed clock speed in bios,

I changed speed from 66 to 700 in the bios, Very dumb!!!!!!
now system wont boot how do i undo this?

Swiched the jumper to clear, then back. With the battery in, and out.(left batt out 24hrs one time.) Nothing . the motherboard is a m758lmr. What is the correct procedure for clearing cmos?

Did you unplug the power cord when doing that?
