Chaintech 7njs, Phoenix d686 bios-chip

Goodday to y'all,
problem: Bad Flash :cry: on my 7njs. The only things after starting up:
keyboard leds blink once, fans & HD spinning. End of story :(
I tried to find the answer on the web, heared and read a lot but couldn't find the complete answer for recovering my bios. Is there any sollution to recover the Phoenix-bios without:
buying a new one or
hot-flash or
reprogram by a programmer?

Tried Clear CMOS ?
Floppy activity ?

1 tried clearing c-mos battery
2 made dos bootable disk. Copied awdflash.exe and appropriate bios bin- file to it. Adjusted autoexec.bat (in wordpad??) to
AWDFLASH.EXE BIOSFILE.BIN /PY /SN /R /CC /CD /CP
no positive result

hi and after what dıd you do because ı have same problem.I make same it and it isn't start to work.the floppy isn't read. :?: 8O :roll:

Restore Motherboard after bad flashing

After bad flashing my laptop has stuck in power on and the fan is running. The only way to restart is unplugged from the AC adapter. I cleared de Bios, checked HD. memory modules, Floppy,CPU but nothing happen.

When I plug to the AC Adapter I expect that the motherboard starts and see whether the floppy asks for the bios or not, but only the fan runs again. I don't receive video and I have tried with an external keyboard as well. Just I see how the external keyboard flashing and I have tried different hot keys withouth success.

Hope to find someone who can help me.
