I updated my bios with the wrong version now my pc wont boot up what do I do next??????

I was trying to update to add an 80gb hard drive.
The old bios war Award bios v6.opg ank7sem ver 1.1b 09-28-01
the motherboard is k7sem rev 1.0 15-a01-010100

help please

Completely dead or do you hear/see the Floppy working ?

If even after Clear CMOS the Floppy is not working it's time for a Bios reprogramming service

Ok the hard drive light stays on, I here beep codes and the floppy does boot.
