intel bx440 motherboard dead

I have a Gateway desktop with an intel motherboard. My original bios was 4R4CBOXA.15A.0010.P03Unfortrunately I decided to upgrade the bios and searched on the gateway website and downloaded a new bios 4R4CBOXA.15A.0018.P08 and then my computer is dead. I can still see the floppy drive light coming on with a lot of beeps but no video. Can anyone help please?
