Intel Premiere/PCI GX (?) dead - need a BIOS

I've got a weird computer for repair. It's in unmarked desktop case, but there's a label on bottom, saying FCC ID: EJMP5490SLX (besides other things). According to this, the complete box is from Intel. The board seems to be Premiere/PCI GX - I'm not sure because it's dead. The POST card shows some activity, but it stops at POST code F6h (undocumented). The recovery mode seems to work but I can't find the BIOS anywhere. The 1.00.06.BF0 seems to be at DreamLand BBS but it does not work, there is also 1.00.10.BF0 but I haven't found it.
There's also Sony CD-ROM CDU31A-02 with a sticker saying "2X SAMPLE"
But there's no interface card for it (and it was connected to FDD connector on the motherboard
)

With the jumper set to recovery and this floppy in the drive, I powered it up. The POST card showed 88h (initialize chipset), then the FDD seeked, one beep and it started to read the floppy. After a while, it produced a high beep, then read again from the floppy a while. Then it started to produce low repeating beeps with the FDD motor running (but doing nothing with the floppy). So I guess that the recovery failed (tried it several times, replacing both the floppy disk and drive).

So it's not Premiere/PCI GX. I've tried Premiere/PCI LC BIOS - did not work. Then the Premiere/PCI LX - it produced two high beeps instead of the low ones and now it works

I have a Sony CD interface on my Orchid SoundWave 32 card.... but as you can get a better CD-ROM for under 20 Euros these days, it does not seem worth the effort.

Tried installing Linux (from IDE CD-ROM) and it works nice (Slackware 9.1, no GUI). There's Pentium 90MHz CPU, 16MB RAM (8MB onboard + 8MB in two 4MB modules), 256KB cache, onboard 1MB Cirrus Logic VGA and RZ1000 PCI IDE controller. The riser card has only 5 ISA slots, no PCI.

Please post the PBAxxxxxx-xxx and AAxxxxxx-xxx codes from the top surface. I might be able to track down what board it is and if your lucky the original OEM.

As the entire box is from Intel (according to the FCC ID), the board should not be OEM.
