If you have a voltmeter, check the voltage at the VCC pin of keyboard connector:
http://www.hardwarebook.net/connector/u ... rdpc5.html

BTW.: I'm assuming that you have a keyboard connected there and you want to use it. If you want to boot without keyboard, set the "Halt On" to "All but Keyboard" in Standard CMOS setup.

Of course, I have connected keyboard!
I checked - there is no voltage on the "pin" VCC at the DIN keyboard socket... And no voltage at "mouse" pin at the mainboard too...
How to change CMOS setup (enter BIOS at all) if I have "no keyboard.."
and comp doesn't go on far...?
Is my mainboard only for museum or not???

Then you have a blown fuse somewhere on the board. It's usually near the keyboard connector, marked with F1 or FS1 (or something like that) on the PCB. You can use ohmmeter to check if the fuse is OK.

I wonder if this is related to his other post - RE: Flash problem??

I have found a small, green piece (a fuse, I think) signed "F1" on board, next to keyboard connector. I checked it with Volt/Amper/Ohmometer -
looks like bad fuse!
I will try to make a "bridge" over the fuse... If mainboard will not be able to work - I will use its BIOSchip (AT29C010(A)) for another board with non-flashable chip...
Thank You All for help! B-)

Great!
I have put a new fuse onto "F1" (the old, bad fuse) on the mainboard, checked with ohmometer and there is "a pass" throught the fuse.
I used a 2,50A fuse (original on mainboard was 3A...), then I started my comp with this board - and it works!

P.S. Last saturday I've found in the groccery shop many chips... named: AT29C010 "Atmel" B-)))). The price - ~4$. Now I go flashing them for all my old mainboards (max. 128K BIOSchips only...).

Congratulations - I usually do not think of replacing much on main boards beyond CMOS batteries and jumpers if required. Everything else I do is cards, RAM, CPU and drives
