motherboard is dead GA-SINXP1394

I have Gigabyte P4 Series GA-SINXP1394, CPU P4 3.3MHz and 1GB of memory. while playing Star Wars Galaxies the PC just switch off, Now the motherboard is not responding to anything.
It has a dual bios, but when you try and boot there is no keyboard lights LED and the PC just sits there with a blank screen.
Is there any one out there who can help.
