BIOS Updates forum

I tried an upgrade to an Intel L440GX+ Server Board...
It went through the flash process fine, but did not boot up...
I performed the Recovery process as described in FAQ #9
as well as what was in the boards documentation... 2 beeps
indicated it was successful... I powered down, replced the jumper, powered up still no sign that it worked.... no video, acts like it's POSTing but just hangs.... Am I missing something here....

I can't believe it but it was the RAM the whole time...
this BIOS update didn't like the stick that's been working for 6 months....

next major hurdle is installing dual P3's and a bunch of SCSI HD's...
