Power interrupt during upgrade. My computer now go beep..

Thank you in advance for helping me. I try to upgrade my HP Pavilion XV976 Desktop to the new BIOS available on the HP web site.

Everything was fine until I restart my computer. Before I could press F1 to enter setup. My computer loss its power. Since then, the computer will not show any thing, it will read the CD-Rom at first and give couple beep, beep sound, then the computer will become idle.
I personally don't know a lot about hard ware, if anyone could help me to bring back my computer, I will be greatly appreciate it. Thanks!!!!
