motherboard doesn't start after bios flash

I tried to flash a bios from a gigabyte motherboard with a flashtool downloaded from the gigabyte site. It was internet controlled. After a reboot the bios said it wasn't a correct bios. It recovered itself to the backup bios(dual bios). I tried another time. The same problem. After i turned off my computer, i tried to turn it on again. The only thing i can hear is the memory counting, the led of harddisk activity is on for a while and the led's on the cd-rom's flashes. After that it's dead. No bios recovery, no screen, no disk.
I've tried to clear cmos. no result.
I've taken out the battery for a day. no result.
I've replaced the videocard. no result.
I've replaced the memory. no result.
I think my main and backup bios are empty, but don't know anything more to do.
Can anyone help me with some tips.
My motherboard is an older one: Gigabyte GA-BX2000, 512 Mb, Matrox G200 videocard.

No, there is no activity from my hdd. I put the power on. The cd-rom led's are flashing. I hear something counting and the hdd led is on for a while. Thats it. no screen, nothing.

If the chips are socketed, you might want to try hotflashing or having the chip(s) reprogrammed elsewhere.
