motherboard problem need help plz

I have a Gigabyte 8TX p4 mobo with an dual AMI BIOS chip soldered on it. All other perpherals are onboard (except modem). Everything seems to start OK with the processor fan starting and all the other LEDs lighting up OK. But there is no video-the screen is blank. There is no computer beeps . I cant hot flash since my chip is soldered on.
Is this a BIOS problem or am I barking up the wrong tree? If so could l be ? Can I rescue my mobo? and i even didnt do the bios flashing it happening automatically . i ran fine last day but i dont know what happened today. cant boot
