Help with my Abit bios please

Heya,
I flashed my abit NF-7 board with the 1.0 bios, while having the 2.0 version.
I'm a complete newbie at bios tinkering and really have no clue how to fix this.
When I power on, there is no posting or video, although the drives and lights are on.
