Different bios chip

I had a kt3ultra2-c with a bad bios (only fan works), and a Asus A7v266-c, and i wanna do a hotflashing, but the motherboars had different bios (one is Award and the other is AMI), but has simillar Chipset (kt333/kt266)
so it's possible?
