Abit NF7-S 2.0 Problem

Hey everyone,
I have recently flashed my bios for my Abit NF7-S 2.0 motherboard.
But its gone wrong, when I turn on my computer I get the bootblocker thing loading up asking me to put in a floppy. Everytime i put in a floppy with the flash program and my bios on, it loads the program up fine, but i get the error:
"Source File Not Found"
Im not sure on how to proceed next. Can any of you help?
