Clear CMOS by keyboard

Can I clear CMOS or just load defaults jumperless etc. by keyboard, when my comp wont boot due to OC? I know that award bios can be loaded defaults by holding insert when powering on, but I have asus k8n-e with AM1 bios. So is there any way not to dismantle comp all the time when it freezes?
