pcpartner problem with powersupply

i have pcpartner socket 370 the problem is when i put the AC adapter connector the fans of the cpu,AC supply,display card ,start all time. What is the problem here?

Well if you plug the power cord in and it start up without you pushing the power button, I assume that your power supply is bad.

but why this thing don't happened if i do this on other motherboard?could be something with the motherboard?

Yes, there could be someting wrong with the motherboard because it has malfunction, or defect. And if you tested the power supply on another computer and it ran good, then it is your motherboard that is bad.

Check the BIOS settings - looks like "Power on after AC fail" is set to "ON".
