my friend gave me his winsonic wsv0a09 s370 atx mobo. He said its dead for failed flash update. Anylinks for its correct bios file to download. Pls help

That is just the winsonic section that has troubles. From the looks of the only bios available it seems they were relabeling PcPartner boards.
@Noel: check the upper left corner as shown in picture for a 35-xxxx-xx marking in very fine print, it may be in white ink or etched in the board material.
