where can i find a application to update all BIOS types under WINDOWS?

I don't know if there aren't anyone.
If the manufacter of your main board has a program as Live Update, you can install it under Windows (but the flashing process isn't on Windows).

If you use others programs that aren't built by the manufacters, you must use only Dos mode.
