Help in increasing bios image file size

I had a faulty Compaq 1200XL laptop. I bought a AM29F040B 4Mb chip trying to do hotflash with my ASRock motherboard.
I used Uniflash with force chip mode for this job. But it says File size does not match Flash rom chip size. Reading from other post, adding FFh can make the file size big enough just to allow Uniflash to continue.
Can anyone tell me on what programs to use or if possible, increase this file's size?
