Where can I find a MotherBoard for a Gateway 4542GP Laptop?

I'm told it requires a new Board, but I am unwilling to pay Gateway price of $776! Incredible price for this old pentium board. Anyone know where I can get a replacement at pennies on the dollar? Thanks for any help. A newbie here.
