Dead MoBo After BIOS update

I have a Gigabyte GA-M57-SLI-S4 (rev. 1.0) and would occasionally getting blue screens telling me that "BIOS not fully ACPI Compliant". This led me to update the BIOS using Gigabytes @BIOS utility. The update went successfully, until about 15 seconds after, When the computer crashed. Now it wont start, I only get the LED power light and all of the fans. I'm pretty sure that the BIOS (or lack of) is causing the problem. I have tried boot block flashing, unsuccessfully, and I don't know where to go from here.
