I was updating the bios of my motherboard (P4PE-X) via internet and I receive the following message: This programm is not responding. After restarting my PC, the dislplay maintain black. It doesnt start. Its possible record the bios ?

Have you tried the solutions in the FAQ?

If your BIOS chip is in a socket, like at bottom left of the picture here -
