MSI 848P Neo-V - No POST, No Sound

Hi, I got a MSI 848P Neo-V on ebay.
As on the other post, it was advertised as working. Turns out that:
1. I'm unlucky
2. Everybody on ebay is a liar
However, this is my configuration:
CPU: Celeron D 2.8 ghz (prescott, clearly supported)
MSI 848P Neo-V
Ram 1gb of DDR333 or 512mb of DDR266 (tried both, and clearly supported)
Hd: none
Video: Radeon 9000 (agp) or Matrox millennium (pci)
Cmos: resetted several times
This is what happens:
All fan on
No screen
No sound
Power led on
HDD led on
Caps/Num lock doesn't change led on keyboard
Ok, as stated on user manual, i've placed the bios file (AMI) on a floppy named amibios.rom and i've hit ctrl+home at startup
No effect
On MSI forum, someone stated that you have to shit ctrl+home ULTRA FAST
I've hitten rapidly at startup as i was playing at Track&field
what i can do?
