a power down problem with m741lmrt

I have a pc which m/b is M741LMRT FROM PCCHIPS ,
during i setup win2k system on it, it tell me "The ACPI Bios in this system is not fully compliant with the ACPI specification" .
so i press f7 to finish the os installation without the acpi support.
then ,i find this problem:
the pc cannot power down after i shutdown the system.it's still power on with a picture "You can turn off the Computer now" on the screen.
i'm poor in english ,i donot konw if i say this problem clearly.
i hope someone can help me fix this bug.
