Computer will not POST

I built this machine 3 months ago, and it has worked great until now. I added a 512 DDR memory stick, plugged it back in, powered it up, and NOTHING! No POST, no beeps, black screen, and HHD light is red. I took out new memory, and still the same. I do have power to my CD drives, and HD appears to start up, but that's as far as I can go. I replaced the Power Supply, and still nothing. My board is a MicroATX Intel, and my CPU is an Intel 2.8 GHZ. I also tried replacing the CMOS battery, but that did not work either. Any haslp would be greatly appreciated, as I am fresh out of ideas. If it's my board or CPU, how can I tell which?
