just a couple of questions... can anyone tell me the RAM cachability limit of a M560TG mobo (ALi 1543 - 1531) do u know any websites about this kind of info?

It's 64MB. If you're lucky and have the version (M565) with 1MB of L2 cache, then 128MB.
