Aopen MB MX-46 with phoenix bios- cant install OS

When the set up is ready to start comes this message:
fILE\I366\kdcom\.dll could not be loaded. error code is no. 4.
I try differents new memory modules and the all system is new.
It could be the MB?
Please help.
