I was trying to figure out for sure if the HD i'm using is installed correctly, and i got side tracked or into different territory by downloading the BiosAgent tool from somewhere. I noticed that it says that I only have 384 MB of RAM installed, and in reality, it's 512. If this makes it more clear, it also says in the options menu that 3 of the 4 slots are filled with 128 MB each, and the 4th has 0 MB of RAM. None of the other system checking tools state this, but i am wondring now how i could troubleshoot this problem to find out if the RAM is working, if it's the BIos or something else. Thanks Any help here would be appreciated.

p.s. every other diagnostic tool(i.e AIDA or System INformation ) rcognizes the total RAM as 512
