Soltek bios gone wrong but not dead

Long time reader and got one thats got me at my wits end!I have a SoltekSN-75FRN2-rl that I flashed with an overclocked bios on and something went wrong. I used FRN2OCMD.bin to flash my bios and it runs but slow and i cant change the mem settings or front fsb.Multiplier only and It says bios is write protected.I need help Ive tried everything I know. After I used winflash I read alot of folks say floppy only,but too late now
