Could not yet find anything either, is this from a branded system or bought as retail board?

No other markings apart from LT_965, It looks like it is an oem board but not from any of the big brands.

I've seen another posting in Chinese where somebody says there were tricked for 475 yuan for this same board so I smell something fishy going on here. Even if it was OEM it would have shown up in some forum. But now I wonder if this isn't some sort of pre-production board...

... or from a dead manufacturer. I have found a lead with LT-865G/LT-865PES board pointing to http://www.leiqing.com.cn but that domain is now gone... archived version goes up to feb 2008

Best of luck in finding any info...

There's another name that comes up in this connection, TonggLian, that would explain the TL bit in the model name. TG-P31 is another part number, I suspect TL-P31 was already taken (by Pine technologies about half a century ago or so it feels).

This looks like another forest of Chinese manufacturers/OEMs/branders/rebranders/relabelers and whatnot. Interesting stuff, I'll see what i can find. Thanks for putting up this challenge :D
