got this mother board. a socket 7 up to 233cpu. 512mb memory. 3 isa, 4 pci slots 256 cache module slot. on board sound. on board 2meg video up grade to 4mb. on board usb. 2 ide channels, one floppy, com one and two port, ps2 mouse and keyboard, video out and printer. have some info on some of the jumpers to change but not all. the board is at format, it is green in color and about 9 inch x 12 inches. s3 trio64v+ video chip and intel hx chip set. hooked up and loaded win 95 and 98 board does work. but win 95 or 98 can not find the on board sound are the usb. can not find a jumper to turn them off are on. this board has these numbers on it. on top side in a white line box. THANKS FOR ANY HELP. The bios on the chip on a silver lable is PhoenixBIOS" PCI Pentium" pnp Phoenix 1995 (A1019024) (1.08F) does not show on post.

The board works so you can post the BIOS ID (if any) - or does it have IBM or Acer BIOS?

Looks like I've got the manual in my offline archive.

did go to the acer web site and down loads the manual for v35x and it is very close but not the same board the jumpers are close and looks like i can find out what i won't to know Thank yall for your help Danny.
