hello - It's Ali M1533 A1 and Ali Mi1531 motherboard with integrated Rage3d Pro Pci... Also there is some Phoenix chip on it: SMC FPC37C935APM.
Marks on bios chip: V58XA U21 AcerCorp...
Problem is... integrated video card doesn't work... black screen... when using pci video card situation doesn't change... (so i can't read bios code..)

I need to know manufacturer, model of this board and some manual - maybe there is jumper enabling card - but... i have no manual...

Please help
