I am looking for an upgrade of above motherboard as my GeForce 4 MX440 doesn't work properly. My Pentium III 1gH crashes constantly. Upgrading drivers doesn't seem to help. Upgrading motherboard seems the only way. WHO CAN HELP ME ???

Looks like a Chaintech board. You should find its model number on a white sticker on the BIOS chip.

Most likely candidate is the 6AIA4
