who is manufacturing intel motherboards?

Is it true that Asus is manufacturing the motherboard for intel which is labelled as intel motherboard?

Rainbow, I read in a computer magazine over here that ASUS will be taking over Intel's mobo manufacturing, alleging the fact that Intel mobo owners get very unhappy when they realize their boards are not very "tweakable"...
...I just wonder why PCCHIPS wasn't given a chance to prove their worth... 8O

Oh christ, this has been a known fact for years and time and time they try again to pick there share of the market.

Intel boards are rock-solid reliable stable pretty fast boards. No more, no less. Try Abit for overclocking and Asus for added features. You loose some stability in changing manufacturers...
