Toshiba motherbord?

I have a Toshiba 3300M minitower with I suppose an ATX board.
Bought 2001 (as far as I rember)
Pentium 3, 1 GHZ, 3xPCI, 1xAGP, sound, USB
Nowehere on the board, just nowhere is a manufacturer, well, D-Ying actually but this doesn't help me.

I was looking for more technical info on my mobo.
And probably a BIOS update because I like to buy a 120 GB HD but I'm almost sure this BIOS won't support it (looks like it works till 66 GB when I fiddel with it).

My bios string is: 62-0107-000000-00101111-071595-V694V686
So, it means: NO MANUFACTURER, VIA 82C605 rev 1, AMI bios.

The board has the following identifications:
D-Ying M-V0 E150630 94V-0
P/N 21290-001 KL0030600g
Made in Taiwan
ISN: 1Q501700560 ver F04

Quenstions:
1. Does anybody know more about this mobo?
2. Where can I find a URL of a BIOS update?

Thanks,
Otto.

A websearch yields "V694V686" hits as belonging to Gigabyte boards.

MSI MS-6309: 62-0128-000000-00101111-071595-v694v686-1v133001-f but the project tag is completely different from the Toshiba one. I think it is Gigabyte.

latest 330M bios is: 62-0108-000000-00101111-071595-V694V686 1AAIR137 1.08.03

something near GA-6VX7-4X

Toshiba motherbord?

After pushing Toshiba at the phone I finally got it!

They bought the board by GVC.
The typenumber is MR824.

GVC seems to be bankrupt (website isn't responding).
That explains why there are no BIOS update for drives > 60 GB.

Lessons learned:
By a brand desktop who is making a lot of desktops (Toshiba makes laptops).
By a well known brand motherboard.
GVC never heard of.

Thanks all for searching.
End of search for me.
No step further in the end!
