I need the manual and a bios upgrade.
Award bios modular bios v4.50G
Award bios string: 01/05/96-i430FX-2A59CF546-00
Board bios version : 01/-5/1996 RELEASE
Chipset : i430FX //intel triton-fx

Well it looks like it the pic aint right with the chips above but if i look at

How do i flash
I have the file contianing the right bios
Do i need to make a boot floppy or what

There's nice BIOS at
http://wims.rainbow-software.org/.
But first check if your board has Flash ROM installed (because many don't). Peel off the Award BIOS sticker from the chip. If you see M507 printed there, it's not flashable and you need to replace it if you want new BIOS. You can get some 128KB (1mbit) chip from a dead board and hot-flash the new BIOS into it or order a preflashed chip somewhere (e.g.
