Motherboard identification

Hi
First Timer Hear
I have two motherborads that I cannot get to boot and would like to find out manufacturers
the numbers on the boards are
P/N 91.88410.102 S/N 95022149KN73 ALSO ON STICKER ON BOARD 55.88401.032KN73
AWARD CHIP PCI/PNP 686 S/N 203321853 1998
OTHER BOARD
S/N AV110601032038 AND AV110000119473 ALSO A STICKER ON THE AWARD CHIP 1998 PCI/PNP 686 277486095 1C60 AV115835

Give us some details about the other board - form factor , chipset , CPU type , AGP/PCI/ISA/DIMM Slots
As much Info as possible is needed

cpu is soldered to the board not intel just gold with no label ?
has on board audio and two USB Ports

AT or ATX/Micro-ATX form factor ?
Mainboard chipset ?
OnBoard Audio chipset ?
Soldered CPU might be Pcchips/ECS or some special Compaq/HP/Dell/Gateway board

Sorry to show my ignorance here I think the botad is a Micro ATX as it measures 22cm by 24cm also printed on the motherboard is the following

MADE IN TAIWAN
cannot see audio chipset
only other chip with label is a VIA VT82C686A
