Looks like Biostar M6TBC.
The latest BIOS has slightly different ID:

Yes indeed I alo found the link . But when trying to flash bios with awdflash.exe , pragram said incorect version!
What should I do?
Should I try different flasher?

It says "incorrect version" because of the difference in ID. Is there an option to continue ?
If not, try Uniflash

I also tried uniflash but it said that ''the proram file's part number does not match your system''

so?
What is next?

Could be OEM version. What system is this in?

@zorak: Uniflash has an option to go ahead even if the BIOS part no. does not match. Check the documentation for instructions.

@zorak....check the Uniflash documentation for how to do that; IIRC it's in the "Advanced" submenu if you're using the menu interface.

Thanks to all who helped me with this problem.
At last I dared to flash it.And every thing goes ok.except recognizing my new 60 G HDD.
I found the problem with Seagate's disk wizard .
ıt says awrad bios V4.51 cannot detect greater than 33.8 G HDDs .
So I lımıted HDD to 32 G with its Jumper.
At last I menaged the problem.Again thanks to all...

Did you not know we support patching Award Bios to support HDD bigger than 32/64GB ?

And you Bios was already patched to support HDD up to 64GB
